Carina, ma il design è troppo iphone style. Difficile da usare sul mac. Diciamo che non mi ha colpito.

I would love to start using Anydo as it has a clean interface and lots of helpful features. The problem is that it is missing a critical functionality: the ability to create sublists. As a premium user, I expected more flexibility for organizing tasks. Without sublists, managing complex projects or breaking down tasks into smaller steps becomes frustrating and cumbersome, the only way to do it is buy buying a family or work plan but I cannot justify the price for such a basic functionality. It’s very disappointing to see that this isn’t available even with a premium subscription, especially since almost all competitors offer it as a standard feature. I hope the developers prioritize adding sublist functionality soon—it would truly elevate the app and make the premium subscription worthwhile. Until then I’m going to stick with todoist.
Couldn’t recommend this enough. Simple, easy, intuitive, effective. Does everything you need, without much you don’t. Highly recommended
I don’t write review much, but I thought I would on this. I think any.do is one of the best out there. I used tick tick a lot but have recently switched to Any.do, I like the collaboration with ChatGPT. I wish on the desktop you could drag tasks onto the calendar for time blocking you can do that with tick tick, it helps me schedule out my day.
I've used too many todo apps to count. I came across this and decided I would give it a try. I was willing to pay for a month or 2 to see what it was all about. I thought I was signing up for the monthly subscription, but the choices were a bit misleading, purposefully I imagine. Anyway I was charged for a whole year. It's a pretty steep price for a very basic app. As a Mac user (you can read about that in a number of these reviews), I am probably going to cancel the subscriptrion after only a few days, and I am out a year's worth of nothing. Be careful!
Love how they've integrated reminders and calendars. Just wish they had a section for notes
This used to be the perfect app for our household. It was shared with one person who helped me manage a few household projects. I think it cost us about four or five bucks a month. As to being more of a business tool, they gave a family plan that includes four people, but now cost $8.33 a month which has us pay for two people we don't need and does all these things beyond with the basic plan. Bring back the ability for household to have a couple of members and just the basic plan without all the complication, we have searched for something that is as good as what any.do was.
Would not import any Apple reminders. Tech support did nothing but point me to the user manual which I already implemented. Does not support AppleScript. Very disappointed and $40 lost.
Been using this App a decade now.. Literally my personal assistant!!!!
I have been using Anydo for a few weeks now and I don't understand why you would need to pay for the full experience. I am non the free plan currently and it's been working great, I just don't understand why people would pay for more, all you really need is in the free plan. Overall, I love the app and it helps me with my school work and things I need to get done. I recommend, but don't pay for more because the free plan is perfect!
This app is not what I was expecting. I was looking for calender type of app to help with my daily scheduling, not just something that would remind me I had something.
Great app, one issue though - when importing a calendar, it also automatically marks connected calendars to it. Ex: I have a google and am subscribed to 15 calendars, but by default the app shows them. Issue is that it slows the app down considerably and needed to manually go in and uncheck those subscribed calendars. Default should just be your calendar imo
I like the simplicity of it, very pretty UI makes me to come back and use it more
No ios calendar sync is a joke. Gmail? really for an iOS app? come on.... Sync to MAIL... iOS mail. App is useless now that apple reminders updated. This is no better than reminders without calendar integration.... ZERO benefit. Not even a little bit.
All I get is a very large screen that allows me to create an account. The app wants me to login using Google, but I chose to use my work email to create an account. I fill out all the information and then selected "Create Account" and the screen flashes and the looks just like it did before. There is an app on my mac, but all I can see is the origianal create the account screen complete with all the information I entered to create the account. after loooking at all the data the app will store and track I think not being able to use is probably good.
So, an app that runs on Mac but only supports Google and MS calendars. Great idea. Not.
There is no way to change from column view to list or any other in the desktop for the Mac App.
I love the cross platform cloud based function. I can keep all my devices synced to add/complete tasks by priority and project.
TBH, I do like this app but it has given me a series of annoyances/headaches over the last two years that I've used it (and I use the premium version). There's a good and the not so good for every part of it. 1) It's easy to add items and synchronise across desktops/laptop. BUT, does work well on iPhone. It doesn't seem to automatically remove completed items or update the dates if you've changed any until you've opened the app and pushed it to update. 2) I loved the smart type feature and how easy it was to add dates, tags and lists. This was infact one of the biggest reasons for getting the premium version. But IDK what happened in the last year - it used to work PERFECTLY. Now, the smart type works only within lists and not in the 7-day view. Or it works on my laptop but not my desktop. When I wrote to the customer service, they seemed surprised that it worked on the 7-day view at all and once I updated the app, it was gone. So, here's the question. If I need to go into each list to add items, it defeats the purpose of the smart type task manager. I mean, the best part about the previous version was that I could add items into any list (as I remembered them) from a 7-day view through the smart type. I'd love to see the return of the smart type honestly. 3) There are frequent updates that sometimes improve the app but at other times leads to bugginess. I've had to reinstall the app at least 4 times so far. Sometimes it refuses to open, sometimes the smart type doesn't work, sometimes it just freezes. Overall, it's good app that can really help plan your life out... when all the features work. I'd love to fall in love with this app again, fingers crossed!
Extraordinario para organizarse. Con un diseno pulcro y muy funcional
I've had serious issues with this app. Ive been charged twice.... I dont think anyone even works for this company. Absolutley no customer support.
I recently purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max and ran into problems installing and syncing Any.Do with my iMac. In a time when many companies offer little or no support, Any.Do's suort team was there. Very timely, even over a holiday weekend and resolved the problem. Thanks for the great support!
Update: The response from Any.do to my review is intentionally deceptive. The refund was not issued until after my review. I was told explicitly, prior to the review, that I would NOT be receiving the refund because I was "pass" the date. The refund would not have occurred without the review. The review stands though. Nice try. And... by the way. Where is this refund? I monitor my accounts pretty persistently and carefully. I don't see it anywhere. So. Theives. Also liars. Original review below: Billed me twice, once through google, once through T-Mobile, after I caught this, they refused to refund. They told me my account was cancelled because I cancelled one of them. If I had two, there should still be another. I emailed them copies of the charges, with Any.do right there on the charge. Scam. Not acceptable. Add to this that the app has really been wonky lately. They keep making changes to it, and taking good features away. It's unstable and unreliable. It used to be a great app. I used it for years. Past couple years, it's gone dramatically downhill. I just procrastinated getting out because I have so much work in there. Time to accept that the ship has sailed. This app is no longer any good. Stealing from me is where I draw the line.
qorks fine on iOS. too bad it keeps crashing on OSX. That meks it pretty uselss for desktop/laptop.
Does not work only crashes
the app keeps crashing on startup after i upgrade my MAC os to 13.2.1. I lose track to all my tasks. very unreliable
We used to love this app. but now it is full of bugs and doesn't sync half of the time between devices. Now when you add a task it no longer tells you a time and date when the task was added. Sometimes when you sign out and sign back in half of your tasks on that device just disappear. Quality after the platform change is now terrible to say the lease. I would not reccomend. I wish I could leave zero stars.
ANY.DO is working on my iphone but not my mac. I've uninstalled it and downloaded it back on. Each time I get Anydo quit unexpectedly
after setup it crashes on my MacPro
Fantastic app that I use for my own business and personal life. However, it keeps crashing after the last update. There is no other latest version other than the one that I have downloaded again today 02/27/2023.
I LOVE this software but after updating to latest version it now crashes after launch.
This app was working great until the last update. Now it crashes on attemption reopen. Need to fix.
I have used other task lists in the past, and this one beats those by far. The free version already (I'm not working in a team) has been a terrific tool to organize my busy life. Love the simplicity, the 7-day view, and being able to drag a task up or down a list or over to another day. Reminders and recurring reminders are important to me and this feature works well. The calendar integration for non-google calendars could be improved, but otherwise a fantastic app!
I have a top of the line iMac with 128gb RAM and yet any.do doesn't feel very snappy. I can feel a very so so slight delay between views, lists, etc. Also, the app doesn't feel native as the corners aren't rounded, it's a big ugly, etc. Functionality is top notch but that's not all that counts :-(
The app kept freezing and doing its own things which messed up my shcedule all the time. The sync calendar works less than half of the time. I want my money back. Not a happy customer
as a stand alone app, AnyDo is super useful, but trying to sync it with is not possible and takes the usefulness out of using this app.
I have had any.do premium for around 5 years. I have had it for android, iphone and mac. I have also used many other task managers out there, like coda, trello, and asana. Any.do is an excellent task manager with a super clean interface that is highly responsive. The intigrations are good, and the app recieves great updates at least every month. Their customer support is also great. All these one star reviews are so insane: -Doesn't intigrate with outlook? That is def your bad for using outlook, you must be 100 yrs old. -The app freezes often? Get a new computer, this app is very light weight. -"App stopped working"? You probably need a software update. -"I can't delete certain lists" ya buddy it is part of the software, learn how to use it before you report things as a bug. This task manager is seriously awesome and my mind is blown that the app store rating is as low as it is. These 1 star reviews are totally nuts, and are disproportionally punishing a great app. To Any.do devs: this is a dope product and you all rock. Idk what I would do without this app. Everyone who left a 1 star review smokes meth and uses internet explorer.
I can no longer log in. Pretty clunky app. Too bad, I loved the simplicity. Deleted.
Deleting this app as it freezes so very ofter (even when minimized) and hogs 99% CPU making my macbook fans go full speed. I have end up force closing it every time. Updates to this app make no difference. Back to Microsoft To-Do!
I added this to my phone and it's great, but when I installed on my iMac there's no option to add my iCalendar - only Google calendar.
I was a long time user of Wunderlist and moved over to Any.Do when that was taken over by Microsoft. This app has lots of features - probably more than I need, but I like it very much and have always had speedy responses when I've needed support.
a lot of features are not working properly, i believe. the calendar syncing up with google is super broken. you just kind of gotta play around with it. unfortunately i have to leave this app behind.
What a great design for productivity. In years past I tried to use this great workflow but Any.do was Google Calendar only. I thought perhaps this had changed since their website shows calendar integration with exchange, icloud, google plus more. So I excitedly download again ready to use their great workflows......but no they have misled me again. Google calendar is the only integration even though they are focused on the Apple ecosystem. Sorry, I refuse to give google my data. There is zero reason an Apple native app can't integrate with ical....Update: in response to developers - I was referring to the any.do\calendars web page which absolutely does show outlook/exchange/icloud icons along with Google above a bold heading saying "Everyone is Invited" and "Any.do works perfectly with outlook, icloud, google calendar and more". So, no, I did not read that and think "I'd better go check the support pages and make sure they are not lying about the functionality". None of this changes the fact that almost every calendar or to do app out there can link outlook/exchange/icloud calendars. Your insistence that I must use Google to use your tool means I will never use it regardless of how well it works.
I'll echo the frustratration with the limited calendar integration. The app's description self-describes as "do it all in one app!" which is exactly what I was looking for, and I was excited by the screenshots. Downloading the app and ONLY being presented with a connect w ith "Google Calendar" option made me laugh out loud. As others have pointed out, Google Calendar is often a no-go in professional use for privacy/encryption reasons. Though, in fairness, a LOT of apps specifically target people with Google accounts, so Any.do is hardly alone in this limitation. I'm sure I'll get the standard developer response that everyone else is getting, letting me know that it clearly states their calendar limitations in their Support articles! Any.do, Support articles are generally only perused by exisiting customers. If you REALLLY want to be transparent about your calendar limitations for PROSPECTIVE customers to avoid the initial disappointment, put it in the app description. The app, overall, is a fantastic idea. I've long been on the hunt for a minimalist app that displays events and tasks along side each other, and if/when Any.do allows calendar support beside Google, I might check them out again.
I setup my account using my iPad and tested the functionality from my iPhone as well. Both platforms had a consistent experience and synced well with the multiple calendars I manage. It was great! I could manage all my calendars and tasks in one location. I paid for premium, and then downloaded it on my Mac... All of my tasks synced, but not the calendars. I was prompted to setup again - okay, not a big deal - until it was. I could only add one calendar. It's missing the multiple calendar integration, which for me is a complete dealbreaker for both the Mac and web browser version. I understand it's on their roadmap, but still. Feature parity on something like calendars shouldn't be missing between versions.
Opened the app, first thing i encounter: I cannot delete lists. I made a test list, and when i tried to delete it, it kept popping back up repeatedly.
The last review should be titled, "Not useful for professionals with a very specific set of compliance issues with Google," but that's less dramatic. To be clear: The last reviewer's deal-breaker is calendar integration limited (for now) to Google Calendar. That's not a problem for millions of people at many thousands of companies that either allow Google Calendar or actually standardize on it (including my last two employers, both Fortune 500 enterprises). I think any.do is great, but I considered it more important to spray some sweetener on the sour grapes I detected in a previous review. My work here is done :-)
I really want to like this app. There are some really nice features that help it stand out from other options. Sadly there is are a couple issues that are too significant for me to conintue with my paid subsicription. Kudos for adding natural language. That was a usability deal breaker for me and they have added the featue and it seems to work well. The last big hurdle for me is that it only works natively with Google calendars. As a business professional we aren't allowed to put our diary on Google, it's a firable offense because data security protocols. Google has such a privacy problem that I go out of my way to avoid using any of their services in my personal life as well. . So imagine my dissppointment, after shelling out for preimum, that it only nativly works with Google. Whn I open the App I'm greeted with "Connect Google Calendar which tells me that this really not a professional app. It really needs to be agnostic. Or leave the feature out and use API's to put notes on calendars. I understand that I can use Zappier, but that's a poor solution . I don't want another app that I have to give access to my data too. I would love this app if it could integrate with Outlook. So sadly I'm back to other options.
Shows calendar entry for today or another day Adjacent to To Do list for today, tomorow, several days Combines ToDos from various lists based on selected time period Can reposition individual ToDo items by dragging Can change ToDo dates directly without going to original list IT IS WONDERFUL
I compared numerous different apps similar to Any.do and yet it was still highly rated as one of the best. It looks minimal and sleek, so I went through with the purchase, and after 5 minutes I was extremely disappointed. Filled with bugs, lags horribly, functionality of the Desktop app is limited, iPhone app is better but same issues. Such a waste.
