Great to do list app but such a challenge to upgrade!

I love the app and particularly the chrome extension. My team and I use it to stay organized and I use it to assign tasks. Overall it works well on that end.

We have had 2 separate negative experiences trying to upgrade to premium accounts. I would think they would be a little more responsive to paying customers.

When I purchased the annual subscription through itunes, my account did not upgrade, and it took 24 hours for them to fix it after I sent in the itunes receipt.

Now one of my team members, who purchased via the website (trying to avoid the issue I had) is having the same issue. We contacted support 4 days ago and the issue is still not resolved.

In summary, support is slow, even for users who have paid for premium accounts. So far, the net affect on productivity is not there due to the time spent resolving account issues.
